What Petaful makes for a private-label line

ZB-0037 is one carton and three layouts: a flat pad, a wall screen, or a small nook.

Factory

Since 2020. Corrugated cat furniture for private-label brands.

On ZB-0094 the frame stays, and the inner panel is the part you reorder. The sample clock starts after structure and artwork are agreed.

  • The Komori offset press line inside the plant, printing crisp brand artwork onto corrugated board.
    Offset printing
  • A folder-gluer operator at the finishing line, sending folded cat-furniture parts out neat and consistent.
    Finishing line
  • 5,000 m² Factory 100+ people, from die-cut through pack, for brand and Amazon programs.
  • 5–7 Day Sampling The sample clock starts after structure and artwork are agreed. Free for new partners.
  • Export-Ready Pack Carton marks and barcodes are confirmed on the sample. ZB-0192 ships as a flat set.
  • 200+ In-House Molds ZB-0192 starts from a mold. You change the Christmas print.
  • On-Site QC IQC, IPQC, and FQC before the carton closes. A third party can join the last check.

OEM / ODM / Wholesale

Three ways to start: a drawing, a mold, or a reorder

OEM cat scratchers cut to your drawing

The cut follows your file. Bulk timing starts when you sign the official sample. ZB-0096 is printed from that file before the holiday window.

  • Structure sample before the official sample
  • Print files in PDF, AI, or EPS
  • ZB-0096 printed and cut for a holiday window
  • Third-party inspection on the lot you name
  • FREE Samples for new partners
  • 5–7d Official sample lead time
  • 30–45d OEM production incl. logistics
  • NDA Buyer artwork stays with the program

Private label on a mold Petaful already runs

Pick a mold, then your artwork. A sketch becomes a drawing before the sample. Bulk timing starts when you sign that sample.

  • 200+ molds ready to brand
  • R&D can change size, opening, or modules before art
  • Your artwork stays with your program
  • NDA before PDF, AI, or EPS files move
  • 200+ In-house molds
  • 5–7d Official sample lead time
  • 45–60d ODM production incl. logistics
  • FREE Samples for new partners

Reorder a structure you already approved

The dieline stays as signed. A straight reorder starts from the repeat order, not from a new drawing. The quote names EXW, FOB, or DDP.

  • EXW, FOB, or DDP named on the quote
  • Carton marks and barcodes with the reorder
  • IQC, IPQC, and FQC before shipment
  • A structure change needs a new sample
  • 30+ Export markets served
  • EXW FOB / DDP also available
  • 30–45d Typical production window
  • QC On-site checks before ship

Send the list. A frame scratcher such as ZB-0094 can ship with a refill panel already in the carton plan.

Buyer questions

Questions buyers ask before the first sample

Sampling, certificates, lead time, and how an OEM or ODM order starts.

View all FAQ

What certifications does Petaful hold?

You can download FSC, ISO 9001, amfori BSCI, and SMETA scans. The certificate number is on the file. If your audit list names a specific one, ask sales for that scan on the certificates page.

Can we see a sample before bulk?

Yes. OEM starts with a structure sample. After the structure and artwork are agreed, the official sample is usually ready in 5–7 days, and it is free for new customers. Bulk waits for your approval. Ask from contact.

How many pieces should I plan?

Plan from the structure, the print, and the pack. Petaful supports a small trial and then mass production, and sales confirms the run before the line starts. Send the shape via contact.

Where is the Petaful factory?

The factory is in Longgang, Shenzhen, Guangdong. Sampling, printing, die-cutting, and packing are on that floor, and buyers are welcome to visit. Tell us the date and who is coming from the contact page.

What does Petaful manufacture?

Corrugated cat scratchers, houses, posts, litter boxes, and toys. ZB-0192 is one pair of pads that stands as an L, a tunnel, or a step. Browse the product list.

How long do OEM and ODM take?

OEM, built to your specification, is usually 30–45 days including logistics. ODM, from a mold already on the floor, is usually 45–60 days including logistics. A complex job adds 10–15 days. The official sample is usually 5–7 days after the art is agreed. Compare them on OEM and ODM.

Which artwork files can you print?

The press uses PDF, AI, and EPS. A sharp PNG or JPG is enough to start the conversation. The final file is confirmed after the structure is fixed, so print is not laid on a dieline that is still moving. File notes are on OEM service.

Which flute should I ask for?

Ask for BC flute on a lounge, a house, or a hard scratch zone. Ask for B flute on flat pads, refill cores, and modular kits. Ask for E flute when the print is what sells the item. The table is on materials.

Which trade terms do you ship on?

EXW, FOB, or DDP. Tell us the destination and which term you want, and the quote uses that term. Name it on export packing.

Can a third party inspect before shipment?

Yes. Third-party inspection is welcome on site, alongside IQC, IPQC, and FQC. Name the inspector when the order is confirmed. The checkpoints are on Factory.
