Send a preliminary idea and a budget. We adjust the build to match, and we do not drop function to force a shape.

Each line can take a new dieline, a print change, or a packing change. Seasonal and holiday art is a standing track: agree the structure, then the print. If you do not have a drawing, start from a mold on that line and we adjust it before the official sample.

Should I start with OEM or ODM?

Start with OEM when you already have a drawing or a print-ready file. Start with ODM when you want an in-house mold and your artwork on it. A repeat of an approved piece is a reorder. The two paths are on OEM and ODM.

Can we see a sample before bulk?

Yes. OEM starts with a structure sample. After the structure and artwork are agreed, the official sample is usually ready in 5–7 days, and it is free for new customers. Bulk waits for your approval. Ask from contact.

How many pieces should I plan?

Plan from the structure, the print, and the pack. Petaful supports a small trial and then mass production, and sales confirms the run before the line starts. Send the shape via contact.

What do I send to start a custom order?

Send a sketch or a print-ready file, the market, and a budget if you have one. With no drawing, pick a mold Petaful already runs and the structure is adjusted before sampling. Send that to sales.

How long do OEM and ODM take?

OEM, built to your specification, is usually 30–45 days including logistics. ODM, from a mold already on the floor, is usually 45–60 days including logistics. A complex job adds 10–15 days. The official sample is usually 5–7 days after the art is agreed. Compare them on OEM and ODM.

Can you sign an NDA before I send artwork?

Yes. Petaful can sign an NDA before the files move, and your artwork stays with your program. Once the structure is set, send PDF, AI, or EPS. That is covered on OEM service.

Which artwork files can you print?

The press uses PDF, AI, and EPS. A sharp PNG or JPG is enough to start the conversation. The final file is confirmed after the structure is fixed, so print is not laid on a dieline that is still moving. File notes are on OEM service.

What is a catalog reorder?

A repeat of a structure you have already approved. The usual window is 30–45 days. Send the SKU, the carton marks, and the destination. See OEM and ODM.
