OEM cat furniture manufactured to your drawing

A press operator checking vivid cat artwork as freshly printed scratcher sheets come off the line.
  • Operators running the platen die cutter, pulling clean corrugated forms for the next scratcher build.
  • Full-length folder-gluer in the daylight workshop, an in-house line for folded corrugated forms.

OEM

OEM cat furniture manufactured to your drawing

Petaful produces corrugated cat furniture to the drawing or print-ready file you send. ZB-0096 is printed and die-cut from that file before the holiday cartons close. The bulk clock starts when you sign the official sample.

  • Shape and dieline Pads, lounges, houses, posts, and trees start from your drawing. The dieline is sampled before the official sample.
  • Print files Send print-ready PDF, AI, or EPS. Holiday and everyday artwork print after the structure is agreed.
  • Flute in sampling BC-flute for lounges and houses, B-flute for pads and cores, E-flute when the face has to carry print. The flute is set while sampling.
  • Sample, then bulk The sample clock starts after structure and artwork are set. Bulk to your file includes logistics and starts at sample sign-off.

Production

Cut, print, assemble, and shape to the file

Die-cutting, printing, folding, and finishing stay in the factory. The official sample follows the structure, not the other way around.

  • Cutting die locked in the platen press, shaped for a precise corrugated scratcher outline.

    Die-cutting

The dieline is checked on a structure sample before artwork is treated as final.

  • The offset line running printed corrugated board for branded cat furniture, with the delivery stack building beside the press.

    Printing

Send print-ready PDF, AI, or EPS. Holiday and everyday artwork print after the structure is agreed.

  • The assembly team building corrugated scratcher lounges by hand, checking each curve before it leaves the bench.

    Assembly

Folded parts pass IQC, IPQC, and FQC before packing.

  • Two cats sharing a stacked ocean-print cardboard set, with a hideaway below and room to climb on top.

    Shaped structures

ZB-0177 is developed as a tunnel, a cave, a ramp, or a block, not as a flat pad.

Product lines

Five lines, each built to the drawing you send

Scratchers, houses, posts, litter boxes, and toys. Seasonal artwork is a print change after the structure is agreed.

Flute and packing are confirmed in the sample, with the drawing.

Quality

Checks before a shipment leaves

The same three checkpoints apply to seasonal scratchers and everyday SKUs.

IQC
Board is checked before it is fed. Damage and the grade named on the order are the first look, so a bad pallet does not become a blank.
IPQC
While the job is running, the team checks fit against the signed sample, plus moisture and dust. A drift is corrected before that pile becomes cartons.
FQC
Finished goods are checked before the shipment leaves. If you want a third party on that lot, name the lot and the date.

Before you brief us

OEM samples, artwork, and timing

Short answers buyers copy into a sourcing note. The first sentence of each answer is the conclusion.

How long does OEM production take?

OEM bulk is usually 30–45 days, including logistics, once production follows your specification. A complex job adds 10–15 days. The official sample still comes first, usually in 5–7 days. More on OEM service.

Who keeps the artwork?

You do. Petaful can sign an NDA before PDF, AI, or EPS files are sent, and the print file stays with your order. Details are on OEM service.

Do I need a finished drawing for OEM?

OEM starts from your drawing, dieline, or print-ready file. If you do not have one, use ODM and start from a mold already on the floor. A rough sketch is enough to begin, and the shape is locked on the structure sample. See OEM service.

Can a third party inspect before shipment?

Yes. Third-party inspection is welcome on site, alongside IQC, IPQC, and FQC. Name the inspector when the order is confirmed. The checkpoints are on Factory.

Which artwork files can you print?

The press uses PDF, AI, and EPS. A sharp PNG or JPG is enough to start the conversation. The final file is confirmed after the structure is fixed, so print is not laid on a dieline that is still moving. File notes are on OEM service.

Can I change the shape and the logo?

Yes. Shape, logo, and pack graphics can follow your brand. Send the artwork, the market, and a reference if you have one. The structure is fixed before the official sample, logo placement included. See OEM and ODM.

What is a structure sample?

It is a physical piece of the shape, checked before the official sample and before artwork is locked. OEM uses it to confirm your dieline. ODM uses it to confirm the mold and any size change. The sequence is on OEM and ODM.

Is the official sample free?

For new customers, yes. It is usually ready in 5–7 days after the structure and artwork are agreed. On OEM, a structure sample comes before that. Ask through contact.
