Corrugated cat furniture factory

A full-color offset press on the factory floor, set up for sharp retail print on corrugated cat furniture.

What a buyer checks on the floor

Petaful die-cuts, prints, and packs corrugated cat furniture before shipment. A third-party inspector can join the finished-goods check on the lot you name.

A new structure starts from the drawing or the print-ready PDF, AI, or EPS you send. A reorder can stay on a mold that is already cutting, and only the artwork changes. An NDA can be signed before that file is opened.

  • Since 2020 Direct factory founded

Quotes, samples, and export cartons are handled by this factory. That year is when the direct work started.

  • 5,000 m² Factory floor

Press, die-cutting, the light booth, and packing work inside this floor.

  • 100+ Factory team

Design, the line, quality, and the English sales desk sit with this team.

  • 30+ Export markets

Retail and Amazon orders already leave for these markets. EXW is usual. FOB and DDP are available when the order needs them.

What you can set before bulk

Four decisions to lock before a volume order: the mold, the sample, the trial, and the checks.

  • In-house molds

ODM starts from a mold that is already cutting. OEM starts from the drawing or the print-ready file you send. A lounge can stay on an existing die. A new house waits for your file.

  • Sample window

A drawing for a new idea is usually ready in 3 days. The official sample is usually ready in 5–7 days after the structure or the artwork is confirmed, and new customers can request that sample free.

  • Trial, then reorder

A short trial can leave before the volume reorder. After the official sample is signed, OEM bulk is usually 30–45 days and ODM bulk is usually 45–60 days, logistics included. A complex build adds 10–15 days.

  • Three checkpoints

Incoming board is checked before the line starts. Fit, moisture, and dust are checked while the job is running. Finished goods are checked before the carton closes, and your inspector can join the lot you name.

Who the floor is set up for

Most programs start as a brand extension, an Amazon refill, or a distributor reorder. What changes is the file you send.

  • Brand extension

For a pet brand adding corrugated furniture beside a line it already sells.

    • A new structure from your drawing, or your artwork on a mold already in use.
    • PDF, AI, or EPS. The print is signed on the sample before bulk.
    • Holiday art stays on that signed shape.
  • Amazon replenishment

For a seller testing a listing, or refilling one that is already live.

    • Flat or nested pack when the shape allows it.
    • The FBA carton is planned with the die, not after the blanks are cut.
    • ZB-0192 keeps the lounge pads and changes only the Christmas print.
  • Distributor reorder

For a wholesaler placing the next order of a shape that already sold through.

    • The signed sample is the bulk specification.
    • A reorder does not reopen the dieline unless you ask for a new structure.
    • Sales stays on the job in English through shipment.

Before the carton closes

Each step has a photo from that room. The list stays readable if the photos do not switch.

Operators running the platen die cutter, pulling clean corrugated forms for the next scratcher build.
Freshly printed corrugated sheets stacked at press delivery, ready for die-cutting into cat furniture.
Finished scratcher cartons stacked for dispatch, pallet after pallet of retail-ready cat furniture.
A print sample checked in the light booth, so brand colors match before the scratcher run is approved.

Plan a visit

How a lot is checked

Incoming board, the running job, then finished goods. Name a lot if an outside inspector should stand at the last check.

Send the lot
IQC

Board is checked before it is fed. Damage and the grade named on the order are the first look, so a bad pallet does not become a blank.

IPQC

While the job is running, the team checks fit against the signed sample, plus moisture and dust. A drift is corrected before that pile becomes cartons.

FQC

Finished goods are checked before the shipment leaves. If you want a third party on that lot, name the lot and the date.

See the floor before you place the order

Walk the floor, approve a sample, or send an inspector. Pick the one that answers your team.

  • In-person visit The floor is in Longgang, Shenzhen, Guangdong. Say which rooms you want to walk: press, die-cutting, packing, or the light booth.
  • Official sample Send a drawing or name a mold. New customers can ask for the official sample at no charge, and bulk follows the sample you sign.
  • Third-party check Book your inspector against a named lot. The finished-goods check is where they stand.
