Is a reorder sampled again? Copy link
A straight repeat of an approved structure does not need a new sample. A new print, a new flute, or a new size does. See OEM and ODM.
Can I change the ship-to country late? Copy link
Change it before carton marks are printed. A new destination can mean new marks, a new trade term, and a revised date. Tell sales on contact.
Can one order mix OEM and ODM dates? Copy link
Yes, with two dates on the confirmation: usually 30–45 days for the OEM lines and 45–60 days for the ODM lines, both including logistics. See OEM and ODM.
Can we skip the sample if the launch is tight? Copy link
Keep the sample. The official sample is usually 5–7 days, and it is what locks print and structure before a tight launch spends the bulk window. See OEM service.
How should I write the quantity in the brief? Copy link
Write pieces, not cartons, and add the pack if you know how many go in a master carton. A range is fine for the first quote. Send it via contact.
Can inspection happen after the goods leave the factory? Copy link
The planned inspection is FQC on the factory floor, where a reprint is still possible. If you need a check after the goods leave, say so before the trade term is locked. See Factory.
Do new customers get a different lead time? Copy link
The windows are the same: official sample usually 5–7 days and free for new partners, then OEM 30–45 days or ODM 45–60 days including logistics. See OEM and ODM.
Can you schedule production before I name a destination? Copy link
Production can be discussed from the sample. Carton marks and the trade term wait for the destination, so name it before the cartons close. See export packing.
