What do you need before you print? Copy link
An agreed structure and a print-ready PDF, AI, or EPS. Color is then checked on the official sample, usually in 5–7 days. See OEM service.
Can I send a hand drawing? Copy link
Yes. R&D turns it into a design drawing, usually in 3 days, then a structure sample. Send a photo of the sketch via contact.
Can one ODM brief cover a house and a pad? Copy link
Yes. Name both shapes in the first email. Each gets a structure match and can share one artwork direction. Start at ODM service.
What if I send my own physical sample? Copy link
Send it. Petaful uses it to match the structure, then builds your version and returns a sample for approval. Courier details are arranged from contact.
Can artwork cover a two-pack or a set? Copy link
Yes. Tell us the set contents and the shelf facing. The print and the carton are sampled together so the two-pack reads as one program. See OEM and ODM.
Is custom work only for scratchers? Copy link
No. Houses, posts, litter boxes, and toys follow the same OEM and ODM path. The five lines are on products.
How much do you need to know about the market? Copy link
The channel, the country, and whether it is retail, wholesale, or FBA. That decides flute, pack, and trade term. A paragraph is enough to start on contact.
Can artwork be revised after the official sample? Copy link
Yes. Mark the change on the sample and Petaful reprints that face before bulk. A structure change, not a color note, needs a new structure sample. See OEM service.
What should I not send as the final print file? Copy link
Do not send a low-resolution JPG, a Word file, or a screenshot as the file the press will use. Those can start the brief. The final file is PDF, AI, or EPS. See OEM service.
