Do samples ship separately from bulk? Copy link

Yes. The official sample is couriered for approval. Bulk ships later under the trade term, after you release production. See OEM service.

Who confirms how many pieces go in a carton? Copy link

You confirm it on the sample. Petaful proposes a count from the structure and the channel, then packs bulk to the count you sign. See export packing.

Can you add a lot code to the carton? Copy link

Yes. A lot code on the carton makes a later claim or a trace faster. Ask for it before marks are printed. See export packing.

Does the flute change the pack? Copy link

It can. A heavier BC house and a light E-flute pad do not use the same wrap or the same carton. The pack is set with the flute on the sample. See materials.

Can DDP cover a delivery address I name? Copy link

Yes, when that address is in the brief, including an Amazon warehouse. The quote then uses DDP for that delivery. See export packing.

What should a packing brief include? Copy link

Destination, channel, piece count per carton, barcode, carton marks, and any insert or display. Send it with the product brief via contact.

Do you choose the forwarder on EXW? Copy link

On EXW you choose the forwarder. Petaful has the cartons ready, marked, and inspected for that collection. See export packing.

Can a printed face be wrapped for transit? Copy link

Yes. A holiday face or a fine E-flute print can be wrapped so the graphic arrives as sampled. Specify it with the pack plan. See export packing.

Are retail inserts printed with the product? Copy link

Yes. Inserts are printed on the same order and packed before FQC, so they match the sample you approved. See export packing.

What if my barcode file will not scan? Copy link

Petaful checks the scan on the sample and sends it back for a new file before bulk. A barcode that fails at FQC is relabeled only if you still want that lot to ship. See contact.
