What does print-ready mean here? Copy link
A PDF, AI, or EPS file at the agreed size, with fonts outlined or embedded, ready to put on the approved structure. A JPG can start the talk. The print-ready file comes after the structure sample. See OEM service.
Can I send another brand’s product as a reference? Copy link
Yes, as a shape reference for your own program. Petaful develops your structure and your artwork. The reference is not copied as someone else’s brand. Send it via contact.
Can one buyer use OEM and wholesale? Copy link
Yes. A new shape can be OEM while an approved SKU reorders as wholesale on the same account. Lead times stay separate: 30–45 days for the OEM build, 30–45 days for a straight repeat. See OEM and ODM.
How do I brief a seasonal shape? Copy link
Name the holiday, the on-shelf date, the print, and whether the structure already exists. Official samples are usually ready in 5–7 days after art is agreed, so the seasonal window can be booked. See OEM service.
Can one dieline take two prints? Copy link
Yes. One approved cut can carry an everyday print and a holiday print. Sample each graphic before its bulk window. See OEM and ODM.
What is outside a logo-only change? Copy link
A new opening, a new packed size, or a new flute is a structure change and needs a structure sample. A logo-only change keeps the cut you already approved. See OEM service.
Can you develop a wall scratcher? Copy link
Yes. Height, hanging method, and flute are set on the structure sample, including a drill-free fix when the brief asks for it. Posts and wall pads are on scratching posts.
Can a cardboard cat tree start from a mold? Copy link
Yes. Pick a close mold, adjust height and base on the structure sample, then add artwork. Bulk from that path is usually 45–60 days including logistics. See ODM service.
Can a litter box carry our artwork? Copy link
Yes, after the structure and flute are set on the sample. Send the file as PDF, AI, or EPS. The line is litter boxes.
