What if only the retail insert is wrong? Copy link

Send a photo of the insert and the order reference. If the insert missed the approved file, Petaful reprints the insert for the affected cartons. Write to sales.

Do you train shop staff? Copy link

Sales can walk your team through assembly, the refill, and the pack the sample used. Book that call with the order reference on contact.

Can I pause an order and restart later? Copy link

Yes, before production is released. After release, tell sales immediately so the line can stop at a sensible point. Write via contact.

What should I send if a seam has opened? Copy link

A photo of the seam, the carton mark, and the order reference. An open seam on arrival is checked as a making fault or freight damage. Send it to sales.

Can I see what final inspection checked? Copy link

Yes. Ask for the FQC notes for that lot: finished goods before the cartons closed. Request them with the order reference on contact.

Do you list a mold fee? Copy link

In-house molds are Petaful’s, and there are 200+ of them. A buyer-owned dieline is quoted with the OEM job. Ask for that quote on ODM or OEM.

What if the carton contains the wrong item? Copy link

Photograph the carton mark and the item inside, and send the packing list. A wrong SKU in a marked carton is corrected against that list. Write to sales.

Can you help me trace a lot? Copy link

Yes. The order reference and the lot code on the carton point to the production record. Ask for the lot code on the next pack if you want it printed every time. See contact.

What happens to my files if my contact leaves? Copy link

Your artwork stays with the order, not in one person’s inbox. Introduce the new contact in writing. See OEM service.

Can the same inspector come back on the next order? Copy link

Yes. Name them when you release the next order so FQC is booked for that visit. See Factory.
