What if I do not know the quantity yet? Copy link
Send a range. Petaful can quote a trial and a mass-production case, then lock the number after the sample. Start on contact.
Do you work with Amazon sellers? Copy link
Yes. FBA prep, barcodes, and carton marks are planned with the sample so the selling unit is right before bulk. See export packing.
Can a distributor order for several countries? Copy link
Yes. Name each destination so carton marks and the trade term match that lane. One structure can still serve more than one country. See OEM and ODM.
Is a purchase order enough to start? Copy link
A purchase order starts production after the sample is approved. If the sample is still open, the PO can reserve the discussion while the sample is made. Send both via contact.
Can I book a seasonal production slot? Copy link
Yes. Send the on-shelf date with the brief. Official samples in 5–7 days leave time to lock art before the holiday window. See OEM service.
What happens if artwork is late? Copy link
The sample clock and the bulk clock start from the agreed file, not from the first email. Send a note as soon as the date slips so the 10–15 day buffer can be used on purpose. See contact.
Do you confirm the order in writing? Copy link
Yes. Structure, print, quantity, pack, destination, and lead time are confirmed before production is released. Keep that note with the SKU. It comes from sales.
Can I add a SKU after the first sample? Copy link
Yes. The new SKU gets its own sample if the cut or the print differs. The first SKU can still move to bulk on its approved date. See OEM and ODM.
Is EXW the default trade term? Copy link
EXW, FOB, and DDP are all available. The quote names the one you choose for the destination. See export packing.
