How do repeat orders work? Copy link
Send the SKU, carton marks, barcodes, and destination. A repeat of an approved structure is usually 30–45 days. The drawing set stays as approved unless the structure changes. See OEM and ODM.
What usually adds time to a date? Copy link
Late artwork, a structure change after the sample, or a complex build that needs the extra 10–15 days. Name the on-shelf date in the first brief so the buffer is in the plan. See OEM and ODM.
How soon will sales reply? Copy link
Sales replies on business days with a quote path: product, quantity range, and market. Put those three in the first message on contact so the reply can include a sample plan.
Is a reorder faster than a new OEM build? Copy link
A straight reorder of an approved structure is usually 30–45 days, the same band as OEM bulk, because the dieline is already signed. A new OEM shape still needs the structure sample first. See OEM and ODM.
What does “including shipping” mean on the lead time? Copy link
The 30–45 and 45–60 day windows include the logistics time named on the quote, not a separate hidden week after production. The trade term, EXW, FOB, or DDP, is on that same quote. See export packing.
Can I split one order into two shipments? Copy link
Yes, when you say so before the cartons close. Marks and quantities are set per shipment. Plan it on export packing.
Do you start bulk before sample approval? Copy link
No. Bulk starts after you approve the official sample in writing. That keeps the print and the cut matched to what you signed. See OEM service.
