Can a lounge ship flat? Copy link

Often yes, or nested, when the structure allows it. The sample is where you see the packed size. See export packing.

Can a scratching post ship flat? Copy link

Some posts break down. A tall one-piece post usually does not. The sample shows which pack that height actually uses. See scratching posts.

What should I tell you about the destination? Copy link

Country, channel (retail, wholesale, or FBA), and the trade term you want. That sets marks, language on the carton, and whether the quote is EXW, FOB, or DDP. Send it via contact.

Are carton marks applied in Shenzhen? Copy link

Yes. Marks, barcodes, and retail inserts are done at the factory for the destination you name. The factory is in Longgang, Shenzhen, Guangdong. See export packing.

Can you pack for a club or a retail chain? Copy link

Yes. Send the club’s pack spec with the brief: inner count, display, and label position. It is checked on the sample before bulk. See export packing.

What is confirmed before the carton is closed? Copy link

Piece count, marks, barcodes, inserts, and the inspection result. FQC happens before the cartons close. See Factory.

Can the product ship without a master carton? Copy link

Only when the structure and the channel allow it. Most export orders still use a master carton. The sample shows which one your SKU needs. See export packing.

How do you keep corners from getting crushed? Copy link

Wrap, moisture control, and a stronger master carton, matched to retail, wholesale, or FBA. A flat pad and a house do not need the same pack, so the build is set with the sample. See export packing.

Can the inner pack differ from the master carton? Copy link

Yes. An inner retail pack and a master carton can carry different counts and different marks. Specify both on the sample. See export packing.

What if the structure cannot fold? Copy link

It ships assembled or nested, and the carton is sized to that. Freight is quoted from the real pack, not from a flat-pack assumption. See export packing.
