The mold or dieline can be shared only when you own that decision. Your artwork is not placed on another buyer’s order. If two of your own brands need the same shape, say so in the brief on OEM and ODM.

A Pantone code is useful, and it is not required to start. Color is signed on the physical sample against your PDF, AI, or EPS. Sampling is part of OEM service.
