A making fault on the lot you ordered is reprinted or replaced. How long a piece lasts in a home depends on the flute, humidity, and use, which is why the sample is where you choose the board. Report a making fault via contact.

A complete note is reviewed on the next business days: order reference, photos, and destination. If it is a making fault, Petaful reprints or replaces. Send the pack to sales.
